Hola,
Here's what's been happening this month—from Milan to Barcelona to right here in Jávea.

Featured in AD Spain
AD Spain published an article about how turnkey homes in luxury real estate have evolved and featured The Adelante Homes. The article explores how turnkey has changed from cookie-cutter efficiency to something intentional. Every material chosen deliberately. Every detail considered. Everything ready, but everything meaningful.
Our general manager Laia captured it perfectly in the interview: "The true luxury is falling in love with a home that's completely ready to enjoy. You arrive, bring your suitcase, and can enjoy it 200% from the first second."
From the cutlery in the drawers to the playlist we create for each home (yes, every house has its own music), everything is thought through. But it's never generic—we personalize based on how you actually live.
The goal isn't to impress you with efficiency. It's to hand you keys to a home that already feels like yours.

Milan: Art Finds Its Home
Cristóbal and Laia spent last week in Milan for Nicolás Denino's solo exhibition. Two of Nico's pieces already live at Casa Llentiscle.
His show, 333/334, features work from his Liquid Project series—blue circular forms painted on pages from old books, reflecting on the fluidity of contemporary relationships. The series began after Nico worked with artisans in Morocco. When trying to explain he wanted circles, a boy ran off and returned with a tajine lid, pressing it into soft terracotta. That moment became central to his visual language.
We believe homes and art need each other. Nico's work—textural, bold, alive—belongs in an Adelante home from day one.
While there: visits to the Tribu Showroom (our outdoor furniture supplier), Marchesi for chocolates, dinner at Gesto, and a proper aperitivo (martini of course!) at Bar Picchio. Milan done right.
Barcelona: Award Win
On November 17th, Casa Buganvilla won Best Residential Pool 2025 at the Piscina Barcelona Awards—Spain's most important pool competition.
The infinity pool, designed with Construma and Estudio Kuu, is tiled in dark green mosaic. The water merges with the sea and sky. Saltwater chlorination, heating, upgraded filtration—sustainability and beauty together.
What makes this special: Construma won this same award exactly ten years ago. Winning again during their 25th anniversary year, in a competition with hundreds of entries, is exceptional.
This Season in Jávea
The tourists have left, the beaches are empty. But the sun is still shining, and the light is golden in the afternoons. You can hear yourself think. Summer is spectacular—the energy, the vitality. But this season is when you understand why people actually live here year-round. If you've been thinking about visiting, this is the moment. Come see the real Jávea.
Right now: perfect hiking weather (18-22°C), markets without crowds, early holiday markets appearing, the best restaurant availability of the year.
One Thing Worth Remembering
"Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend."

This is why turnkey matters to us. Every hour you don't spend managing contractors is an hour you get back to actually live. To sit on that terrace. To explore that hidden beach. To have that long dinner.
That's the real luxury.
What's Coming
Early next year, we begin construction on Casa Catalina—the first of three sisters. More on her soon. For now, if you want to see what we're building in person, reach out. We'd love to show you. Until next month.
