Meet Catalina, Joaquina & Rosita
Three plots in Castellans, Javea. Three homes. Three sisters.
*
The name "three sisters" came naturally. They're not identical, but they share something—the same materials, the same way we think about light and space, the same commitment to getting the details right. Three homes, one philosophy.
*
Catalina is closest to the mountains. Bold, grounded. Garden terraces that step down the slope.
Joaquina sits in the middle. Elevated, balanced. The highest ceilings of the three.
Rosita is nearest to the sea. Open, graceful. The widest views.
*
All three: warm limestone and oak throughout. Exposed beam ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Outdoor spaces as carefully considered as indoor ones. These homes don't exist yet. They're off-plan, which means you can shape the details from the beginning. But we wanted to give you more than floor plans and renderings.
Step Into Your Future View
We've done something different.
*
We cleared all three plots. Built pathways with small grey stones—almost like walking down an aisle toward something important. And at the end of each pathway, there's a place for you to stand and see exactly what you'll see from your future terrace.
*
At Catalina:
Two billboards mark the entrance. One shows the house design with a QR code. The other says: "Step into your future view." Follow the pathway to a circle at the end. From there you can see the sea, the mountains, the Montgó.
At Joaquina:
A pathway leads to a small platform—2 meters by 3 meters, elevated to the exact height where the terrace will be. Step up onto it. This is the height. This is the perspective. This is where your morning coffee will be.
At Rosita:
The closest to the sea. The most open view. For now, a cleared pathway and the plot.
Once construction begins on Catalina, we'll move the platform here so you can experience Rosita's terrace the same way.
Why We Did This
Buying off-plan means buying something you can't see yet. Floor plans help. Renderings help. But it's still hard to picture. That's why we cleared the plots and built these pathways. So you can stand where your terrace will be and actually see the view.
Because that's what you're really buying—not specifications, but mornings. That light. That feeling when you wake up. We wanted you to experience it first.
The Timeline
Catalina starts construction early 2025. Completion estimated late 2025/early 2026.
Joaquina follows once Catalina is underway. Completion estimated mid-2026.
Rosita comes last. Completion estimated late 2026.
*
Each home built to Adelante standards: natural limestone and oak, exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail intentional. Turnkey completion—everything ready, nothing generic.
And because they're off-plan, there's room for personalization within our material palette. Your layout preferences. The details that make it yours.
Come Walk the Plots
If you're in Jávea or planning to visit, we'd love to show you.
*
It's different to see photos versus standing on that platform at Joaquina and realizing: this is where I'll watch the sunrise.
The three sisters are waiting.
